Objectives:

Service Operations Engineer who is passionate about technology, security, and process improvement. NXP wants the candidates to join the international Trust Provisioning team within NXP Semiconductors as a Service Operations Engineer in Bangkok and help deliver secure, high-quality solutions for leading companies around the world.

In this role, you will work with cutting-edge security products and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, contributing to the protection and efficient management of sensitive data. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Customization support: Work with international team, building up configuration templates for different secure products and customers using internal tools.
• Based on these templates, customer requests are being placed into the system.
• Configure and prepare engineering samples for validation before volume production is triggered.
• Regularly align and plan activities within your team and support internal and external stakeholders.
• Handling Sensitive Data: Perform tasks that involve secure processing of confidential data.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas to make operations more efficient and security compliant.
• User Onboarding & Management: Arrange access for new users and managing existing users to relevant applications and managing their permissions and roles.
• Collaboration: Work and cooperate with international colleagues from different departments and cultures.
• Documentation: Document processes and monitor compliance with procedures Candidate Profile.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical Information, Electrical Engineering, or 3-year experience in related field.

· Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

· Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of scripting and programming (e.g. Powershell, C++).

· IT Tools: Experience with common collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Office).

· Quality Mindset: Basic understanding of quality improvement methods.

· Operations: Willingness to take operational tasks.

· Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of information security and cryptography is a plus.

· Soft Skills: Strong analytical and teamwork abilities, proactive, problem solving, independent and reliable work style, willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
