As part of its continued growth strategy across Asia Pacific, the organisation is strengthening its regional operations in Thailand to support customers and enhance service capabilities across the region. To support this expansion, our client is looking to appoint a Service Operations Executive for its Bangkok office.

Based in Bangkok, Thailand
Organization Overview: The position will be based in Bangkok and work closely with the regional service leadership team across Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer service activities, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring efficient service delivery across the region. This opportunity offers broad exposure across customer support, service operations, order coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within an international business environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Service Coordination & Customer Support
- Act as a key point of coordination for customer enquiries and service-related activities
- Support service requests and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams
- Coordinate scheduling activities and monitor service progress
- Follow up on ongoing requests to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
Operations & Commercial Support
- Support order administration and monitor workflow progress from initiation through completion
- Coordinate invoicing and maintain operational documentation
- Maintain and update customer and operational information within internal systems
- Assist with reporting activities and support process tracking initiatives
- Support spare parts coordination and inventory-related administration
Regional Coordination
- Work closely with service engineers, suppliers, and internal departments across the region
- Coordinate travel arrangements and administrative support for service activities
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Degree in any field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, operations support, or commercial administration roles
- Experience within industrial equipment, engineering, manufacturing, automation, or technical industries would be advantageous
- Prior exposure to ERP or CRM systems preferred
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-moving international environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
