Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage and constantly improve workshop, its assets and operations.
- Prepare quotations for compressor overhauls.
- Arrange overhaul execution and job reporting
- Manage compressor exchange program.
- Manage training center (at the same location)
- Execute overhaul trainings.
- Arrange maintenance of workshop and training center assets
- Develops and supports relations with existing customers and develop new customers
- Promote GEA HRT New Machines and services to the market
- Makes sure offers are prepared on time and followed up
- Ensures OI and Margin targets are met
- Participates in best practice implementation
- Ensures alignment and close cooperation with other colleagues from GEA Thailand and other countries where needed.
- Ensures that the customers of HRT Division in your region are fully satisfied by service level provided (focus on availability for their requests, speed of answer)
- Manages local team of service technicians, and other functions if applicable
- Support resolution of difficult technical matters, warranty cases
- Support execution of contracted jobs
- Train & coach less experienced service engineers of GEA ,hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, troubleshooting skills, knowledge of equipment, maintenance & repair procedures
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Relevant technical education
- Other development courses and programs are of advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in refrigeration or compression service, maintenance, repair and commissioning
- Excellent mechanical & electrical skills & knowledge
- Good refrigeration process knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of automation
- Good reporting skills
- Coaching/training skills or experience is an advantage
- Service sales experience is an advantage
- People management experience is an advantage
- English (pre-intermediate or better),
- Good general communication skills
- Commercial skills and attitude
