Your day-to-day missions and tasks :

  • Establish strong business relationships as part of our sales team with advanced solution selling capabilities, conducting sales presentations, coordinating multiple resources within an account, while consistently and successfully closing business in Thailand.
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the technical and commercial strategy on the market
  • Provide business intelligence on the market to identify major projects
  • Strive to both penetrate existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities by introducing them to the rest of our services.
  • Partner with the sales organization to prepare account strategies and plans, searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services, and maximizing client potential in designated regions
  • Negotiating contracts/tender submission
  • Last, but certainly not least, WIN!! Blow your quota out of the water!

  • Background: Ideally, you have exposure to technical service sales (industrial processes, environmental monitoring, instrumentation, or maintenance), but your motivation and willingness to learn are most important.

# What skills are needed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work energetically and independently within a team.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is an advantage but not required; we are happy to teach you if you are eager to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Science is preferred, but we are open to other backgrounds if you have a passion for technical sales.
  • Possess a valid driving license and have your own car to travel to customer sites.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently throughout Thailand. This role involves extensive travel to customer sites, so you must be comfortable being on the road often.
