Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.

The work model for the role is: hybrid, #LI-hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Develop and execute service sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing service sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to sustain competitiveness
  • Drive customer retention initiatives and oversee CRM effectiveness


Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in sales management
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience in B2B sales (industrial/services/technology)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in service solutions and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
