Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Bangkok is the regional Service-HUB, approximately 50 colleagues (Sales, Technical Support and Field Service) are devoted to supporting our customers in SEA, Pakistan and Australia / New Zealand.
We are expanding our Engineering team in Asia Pacific. The growing business and additional responsibilities require an extended team of motivated and experienced internal sales colleagues. In this role, you will interact daily with colleagues from various countries.

Job Description
- Development of growth-strategy for the assigned country- and customer-portfolio
- Setting-up and executing a sales-plan with focus on technical solutions
- Customer-account-/ relation-management; handling of situations
- Steer and support local agents in countries where we work with agents
- Identify potential and promote service-products like spare-parts, service, preventive maintenance, modernizations, service-contracts etc.
- Following-through the entire sales-cycle from lead-generation to collection
- Coordination of larger projects and technical assignments with the manufacturing sites, technical team and customers
- Consult with manager and document and steer activities in CRM
- Handling customer complaints to ensure that concerns are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
- Other activities related to the market-development
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or/and other fields
- Minimum of 3-year experience in technical sales, automation, system solution, preferably in machinery industry or technical industrial products
- Good experience with MS Office, CRM. Experience with SAP is preferred
- Good English, both in spoken and writing
- Good Korean spoken and written language
- Strong customers orientation; detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks using organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently on your own initiatives as well as in a team- environment with ability to travel in the region.
