Job Description

  • Sell service contracts (Preventive Maintenance, Platinum/Gold contracts, extended warranty, time & material agreements).
  • Drive contract renewals, upsell upgrades, and cross-sell service solutions.
  • Achieve assigned service revenue and renewal targets.
  • Identify contract opportunities from installed base and new instrument sales.
  • Manage assigned accounts and installed base within the territory.
  • Proactively engage customers before contract expiry to ensure continuity of coverage.
  • Understand customer operational needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
  • Handle customer objections related to pricing, coverage, and service scope.
  • Work closely with Service Engineers to identify leads, system condition, and risk accounts.
  • Partner with Instrument Sales Teams to attach service contracts to new system sales.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance on contract execution and invoicing.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Work Experience & Requirement:

  • 5-10 years of experience in service sales, after-sales, or technical sales.
  • Basic understanding of analytical instruments (LC, GC, ICP, AAS, LCMS, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Have own transport and be willing to travel domestically.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, analytical mind set and good problem-solving skill.
  • Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint,SAP.
