Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance and Quality Assurance

Own the review and validation of spare parts master data anomalies, including characteristic attributes, availability status, and supplying organizations. Lead data governance, cleansing, and remediation initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information.

Data Optimization and Project Leadership

Lead and coordinate spare parts data optimization projects by aligning stakeholders on priorities such as attribute standardization, data completeness, and supply status accuracy. Design and implement business solutions, drive execution, and monitor outcomes to achieve continuous data improvement.

Customer and Stakeholder Collaboration

Interface with customers to capture specific spare parts data requirements, ensure data readiness for their needs, and provide ongoing support in spare parts data management and analytics.

Cross-Functional Coordination and Service BOM Enrichment

Coordinate spare parts data resources for GPC/RPC initiatives, ensuring the completeness of Service Bills of Materials (SBOMs). Drive the enrichment of spare parts data fields to enhance service parts planning and operational efficiency.

Lifecycle Management

Oversee the closed-loop lifecycle management of spare parts across Product Divisions, ensuring lifecycle statuses in the system accurately reflect real-world conditions and changes over time.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts data management or supply chain operations, with proven ability to identify and resolve master data anomalies (e.g., attribute inconsistencies, supply status issues).
  3. Demonstrated project management capability; able to independently lead data optimization initiatives, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and performance monitoring.
  4. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, with practical experience in data cleansing, validation, and governance.
  5. Familiarity with Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) management and experience in maintaining spare parts data completeness and accuracy.
  6. Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills; capable of understanding business requirements, providing data support, and collaborating effectively across functions to resolve issues.
  7. Proficient in English and Thai as a working language (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
