Service Technician

Job Description

• Link between After sale team, related division and customer.
• Technical support for spare part order and onsite service.
• Escalation in critical service onsite support and technical machine problem with team and customers.
• Provide and check the completeness scope of spare part order form customer require including prepare.
  
  

wear & tear part list for the requirement project and transfer for the quotation.

• Assembly spare part as per customer require and delivery plan and inspection before delivery.
• Flexible in travelling and work in different locations.
  
  

Additional Information

• Education
  
  

Technical College /University, bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field

• Experience
  
  

2 -3 years experience in the same or similar field of industrial manufacturer process/ maintenance /after sales Dept.

• Specialized Knowledge and Skills
• Good knowledge in machine logic, Setup and deep in detail of Machine function.
• Good coordinator English communication.
• Able to use SAP program
