If you are a
Maintenance or Service Technician looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our
Copeland Rayong Plant location, you will perform on preventive maintenance, repairing and setting up machines in our Motor production line or to designated locations. You will perform other related duties as assigned.
AS A SERVICE TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL: ()
- Perform machine and tooling fixture preventive maintenance (PM) / (PM)
- Repair machine /
- Set up machine and tooling fixture control /
- Support manufacturing engineering for machine improvement and project /
- Address and resolve immediate or long-term issues to ensure uninterrupted continuation of production process /
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: ()
- Vocational Diploma or higher education in Electrical field /
- At least 2 years of experience in machining maintenance in manufacturing plant / 2
- Good knowledge in machining, pneumatic and hydraulic systems /
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (day and night) / ()
- Basic English communication skills/
- Some computer literacy /
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: ()
- Good knowledge of PLC, IoT, OEE and coding / PLC, IoT, OEE

Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods while performing functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach overhead with hands and arms; grasp; stoop; kneel; and/or crouch. Must meet job standards for visual ability, speaking, and hearing in a manufacturing environment. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds. Environmental conditions include flashing lights on machines and Powered Industrial Vehicles, random noises such as horns and alarms.
