Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on ServiceNow platform adoption and optimization.
  • Conducted business process assessments and designed ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow configurations, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflow design, UI development, and integration.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, including internal and external resources.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, or other relevant modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or financial services industry is advantageous.
