Role Summary:
The ServiceNow Functional Consultant will work out of client office and act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow delivery team. The role focuses on requirement gathering, functional solution design, stakeholder management, scope control, functional testing, demos, training, and formal signoffs, ensuring that delivered solutions align with agreed business requirements and ServiceNow best practices.

Required Technical Skill:
Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow, including:
oITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
oService Catalog and Workflow / Flow Designer
oITOM, ITAM and SAM
oCMDB concepts, relationships, and CSDM awareness
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow data model:
oTables, fields, relationships
oBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies (functional understanding)
Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CISITSM or equivalent).
Hands-on experience in functional consulting roles
Strong skills in:
oRequirement documentation
oFunctional design
oTesting and validation
oCustomer communication and presentations
Masters/ Post Graduate, Bachelors/ Degree
