About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Presales Manager – ServiceNow to partner with Sales, OEM teams, and internal delivery units to drive compelling solution pitches, value-driven proposals, and best-in-class customer engagements. This role plays a critical bridge between business needs and technical solutioning, ensuring win probability and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Presales Enablement

  • Assist sales teams in qualifying customer requirements and performing pre-demo needs analysis.
  • Assess customer's strategic objectives, current IT landscape, and business challenges.
  • Gather and analyze inputs to create accurate proposals including scope, pricing, assumptions, and service components.
  • Prepare and own responses for RFP, RFI, RFQ, and solution proposals aligned with customer expectations.
  • Plan and contribute to sales strategies based on market trends and competitive behavior.

2. OEM & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with ServiceNow OEM sales and solution teams for joint presales engagements, solution positioning, and business case creation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across delivery, architecture, finance, and leadership for proposal execution.

3. Solutioning & Demonstration

  • Understand the customer's existing ecosystem and digital maturity to identify ServiceNow fitment and transformation opportunities.
  • Design functional and technical solutions, estimation models, and effort calculations.
  • Prepare Project Management Plans (PMP) including:
  • Resource Loading
  • Location Split
  • Timelines & Schedules
  • Costing Plans
  • Lead solution demos, POCs, and client presentations (remote/onsite), showcasing:
  • Organization's differentiators
  • Business value
  • Digital transformation roadmap

4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay updated with:
  • Technology trends
  • Product innovation
  • Competitor offerings
  • Perform SWOT analysis periodically to strengthen market positioning.
  • Leverage internal innovations and success stories to enhance sales pitches.

5. Presentation & Content Excellence

  • Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations with strong visual storytelling.
  • Curate and develop sales and solution content aligned with brand and customer expectations.
  • Convert complex technical concepts into business-friendly narratives.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow products and digital workflows
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Presales solutioning
  • Business case creation
  • Sales strategy planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, solution documentation, and proposal writing
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect business value to technology
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and strategic presales leader

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Presales / Consulting / Solution Architecture
  • Experience working with OEM alliance teams
  • Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC modules
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is an added advantage
