Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define, structure and implement improvements to the operation and the overall impact and value
  • Develop processes, structure, technologies to drive business alignment
  • Assess, design and implement operating models aligned to the strategic objectives
  • Drive change enablement as part of large transformation programs
  • Drive planning and execution of SSC initiatives across functions
  • Coordinate with country teams to align processes and systems.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, risk, and timelines.
  • Identify process improvements and support change management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • Good command in English TOEIC: 650
  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in project management , PMO roles or auditor, preferably in a regional or multinational environment in Asia
  • Strong understanding of Shared Service Center (SSC) operations, including process optimization and business transformation.
  • Familiarity with business process automation, ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle), and digital transformation for SSC success.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in shared services, transformation, or cross-country projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese or other Asian & Ocenia languages are a plus.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
