Job Description

10+ years of experience in SharePoint Architecture, Development, and Administration, with strong Microsoft 365 expertise.
Proven experience leading large-scale SharePoint migration from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive.
Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, and Microsoft SPMT.
Strong expertise in SharePoint Information Architecture, Content Types, Metadata, Taxonomy, Search, and Governance.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and migration automation.
Experience modernizing legacy SharePoint workflows using Power Automate / Power Platform.
Strong understanding of security, permissions, Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, DLP, retention, and compliance.
Ability to define migration strategy, architecture, migration waves, testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; enterprise/banking migration experience is highly preferred.
