Position: SHE Compliance & Data Excellent Lead

Strategic direction: Assist the Group SHE Director in defining the SHE Compliance, audits program and All SHE Data analysis and set the priority and focus, and deployment roadmap to align with Thai Union strategic goals
Best-in-class Occ Health & Safety and PSM : Define SHE Compliance, audits program and SHE Data collect and analysis standards and drive design / execution of SHE programs; ensure compliance on zero accident across Thai Union workplaces through training, communication and audits
Responsibilities
Strategic direction
- Support Group SHE Director in the design and delivery of the SHE Compliance monitoring, Tracking program as well as the audit program, SHE digital and data analysis improvement roadmap
- Track group-wide plant / office performance against critical SHE KPIs, generate key insights on persistent gaps and identify mitigating actions to deliver improvements
- Incorporate external best practices and ensure that Thai Union Operations maintain best-in-class SHE compliance; identify areas for improvement and implement effective interventions in partnership with BU SHE Compliance Leads and Plant SHE Managers (as needed)
- Simplify SHE data and tracking system, by introduce the digital and data management tools
Best-in-class occupational Occ Health Safety & PSM
Standards and programs
- Develop SHE Compliance framework, Audit program framework and the SHE digital roadmap related policies, standards and processes for the Group in line with overall SHE priorities and strategy; ensure learnings from past implementations are incorporated into future programs and policies
- Design groupwide SHE programs and initiatives and provide technical advisory support to SHE BU Compliance Leads and Plant SHE teams during implementation
- Develop the SHE Compliance audit plan and program, lead the audit and analysis the key observation and to propose for the SHE improvement plan
- Monitor regulatory changes, keep watch on external best practices and update Group SHE Compliance, Digital data, policies and recommended practices as required
- Introduction the SHE innovation, digital and technology to mitigate the SHE risk and work with BU SHE compliance lead for the implementation plan
Compliance and audit
- Coordinate with and support BU / plant / Group function management teams in ensuring consistent SHE management system, policy implementation and adherence to the Group SHE roadmap
- Identify root causes of non-compliance and collaborate with relevant Plant SHE teams to ensure resolution
- Lead and support the SHE audits and documentation (e.g., RACE, DJSI) in a timely manner, and support responses for external audits queries
- Design, schedule and conduct SHE, RACE internal audits / inspections across plants
Digital and Data management
- Lead the SHE & incident data report, analysis and highlight the key priority and focus for the incident reduction strategy
- Advise GSHE, BU SHE and Plant SHE teams and introduce the digital tool to reduce non valuated task and standardize the SHE data management
- Set up the system to monitor the SHE KPI, reports e.g. DJSI, CDP etc.
- To implement or execute Corporate SHE information management system where SHE information is consolidated and analyzed for needed improvement for Corporate, SHE programs in Thai Union Group. Ensure the SHE information management system is successfully implemented from beginning to end.
Capability frameworks, training and communication
- Work with Group SHE tech lead and BU SHE to define Groupwide SHE skills and competency requirements, and in collaboration with HR and SHE BU Compliance Leads
- Lead and Coordinate with GSHE to design and implement SHE training programs, including Train-the-trainer sessions and cascade of cascade key environment communications to all plants
- Develop the SHE License to operate and License to lead program
Other operations
- Select and implement SHE digital systems and tools globally for the Group and plants
- Lead the SHE project related management and put SHE innovation, Digital initiation advise base on the SHE std and hierarchy of control
- Monitor status of SHE Compliance and Data with high risk project / task
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Public Health, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in SHE – Digital, Tool and or innovation standards to ensure employees safety, ensure compliance across Thai Union Group sites
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to conduct root cause analysis and manage Occ Health Safety & PSM related issues
- Learning agility and curiosity in New technology and or innovation related with SHE
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for promoting SHE initiatives and ensuring cross-functional alignment
