Role Description The Shift Manager role at Subway India in Mumbai is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. This includes supervising team members, managing food preparation and service standards, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines. The Shift Manager coordinates staff scheduling, supports onboarding and training, and helps maintain a positive, customer-focused work environment. The role also involves handling guest feedback, resolving operational issues in real time, and supporting basic cash and sales reconciliation at the end of each shift. The Shift Manager works closely with the Store Manager to meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and promote operational efficiency.
