We're looking for the SHOP SUPERVISOR for TUMI - Central Village!
This role oversees all aspects of a retail store's operations, including staff management, customer service, sales performance, inventory control, and financial management.
What you'll do
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining current customer data base and building relations with new clients
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead team and continuously providing coaching sessions to ensure team meets their assigned sales goals and productivity goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team.
- Schedule and manage staff shift to ensure optimal coverage.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment, including store visual merchandising.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in a retail environment.
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Knowledge and ability to build SOPs for all daily activities of the stores.
- Ability to provide on-job trainings for sales associates for sales techniques, customer service, etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Mobility/Travel:
- Able to work at assigned store.

- MS offices, Power BI, company own-web.
