Job Purpose
Professional personality and service-minded appearance to support customer reception, product presentation, and daily operations of the LIXIL Experience Center in accordance with LIXIL standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation of LIXIL Experience Center at high standard as LIXIL ASEAN (LEC)
- Support daily operation of LIXIL Experience Center to meet LIXIL ASEAN (LEC) standards
- Greet. assist. and provide product information to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Present products accurately according to LIXIL brand and presentation guidelines
- Support sales lead generation and provide customer information to sales department of all brands under LIXIL Portfolio
- Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints. and escalate issues to the Showroom Asst Manager when required
- Support call center operations including call handling, customer appointments, and follow-up activities
- Maintain product displays. product tags. and showroom assets to ensure readiness and compliance with corporate standards
- Conduct daily checks of showroom cleanliness. safety. and product conditions
- Record customer visits. inquiries. and feedback accurately for reporting purposes
- Support preparation of reports such as Customer Visit Report. Sales Leads Report. and Customer Feedback Report
- Participate in product knowledge. customer service, and call center training as assigned
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service, showroom, retail, or hospitality business (new graduates are welcome)
- Service-minded with professional personality and appearance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work as part of a team
- Basic compmer skills and wllllngness to learn new systems
