ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Internal Communications Strategy

  • Develop and implement communication plans that promote Site/Company activities, Site Strategic matter and Others
  • Create and distribute updates from site leadership (e.g., newsletters, emails, intranet posts, town hall presentations)

People Engagement & Culture Building

  • Partner with Operations Team to run people surveys and feedback mechanisms, turning insights into action plans
  • Organize engagement initiatives - workshops, recognition programs, events - to reinforce culture and community

Leadership Communication Advisor

  • Advise site leadership on communication best practices for live or virtual presentations

Cross Sites Communication and Program Management

  • Collaborate with corporate communication team and other sites for communications and global program alignment

Brand Alignment & Corporate Identity

  • Ensure all site communications follow corporate branding guidelines - digital signage, digital assets, etc.

Event & Visit Coordination

  • Organize and manage site visitors: prepare briefings, presentations, tours and logistic

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track communication effectiveness and people engagement score via engagement metrics, survey results, and feedback
  • Use insights to adapt and enhance communication and engagement initiatives

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field
  • 10+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles

SKILLS:

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing internal comms strategies to enhance transparency and culture
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with content tailored to diverse audiences
  • Project management capabilities: able to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives
  • Stakeholder management: collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with digital and hybrid communication tools: intranet, email, video, social channels (Blogger/Content Creator).
  • Optional: proficiency in AI content generator tools
