Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Prawet, Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities:
Planning & Coordination
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to avoid clashes.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Execution & Supervision
- Oversee installation of mechanical (HVAC, fire-fighting), electrical (power, lighting, low-voltage), and plumbing systems.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor daily site activities and progress.
Quality & Compliance
- Conduct inspections and verify workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards (ASHRAE, IEEE, NFPA, etc.), and project specifications.
- Prepare checklists and inspection reports.
Testing & Commissioning
- Assist in testing systems (pressure tests, continuity tests, functional tests).
- Support commissioning engineers in verifying operational readiness.
- Document test results and handover reports.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, material delivery logs, and daily progress reports.
- Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
- Report issues, delays, or non-conformances to project managers.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin & Thai
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in electromechanical engineering, installation, industrial control, or industrial construction
- Familiarity with electromechanical projects, industrial equipment, and systems (e.g., HVAC, air compression stations, refrigeration stations);
- Work experience from industrial facility will be an advantage
Remuneration:
Gross salary of up to THB 50,000
