Site Engineer (C&S)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil, structural, architectural, M&E, and related construction activities on site.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Qualified Persons (QPs), consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on technical and site matters.
• Prepare daily work schedules, manpower planning, work progress reports, and site documentation.
• Attend site coordination meetings with project stakeholders and relevant authorities.
• Identify site issues and work closely with the project team to resolve technical and operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in preparing monthly progress reports and project records.
• Support project planning and site coordination to achieve timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil, structural, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience in MRT, LTA, infrastructure, or public sector projects will be an advantage.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
• Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
