Job Description

Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Conduct site inspections to identify and address any issues or risks promptly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as required.
Assist in resolving technical challenges during the construction process.

A Successful Site Engineer Should Have

Relevant qualifications in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Experience working in the industrial sector or data center projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work upcountry project site.
