P&L responsibility
Develop the innovative and initiative of DC and transport operation
Commercial reviews, Business planning and budget setting
Develop and maintain relationships with customer and subcontractors
Proactive customer management
Provides support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement
Develop and implement best practice standard working procedure
Compliance with SOP manual
Compliance with QA and HSE policy
Requirements
At least 8 years of working experience especially in Warehouse Operation Management field in 3PL company or related industry
Experienced in managing large operation team is mandatory
Current or previous experience in Retail or FMCG business is a must
