About us

• Manage the client's Warehouse Logistics, (Cross-Dock), and Transport Operations, and to ensure continuous improvement of operational efficiency and services. Moreover, the candidate should be responsible of day-to-day Warehouse operation, and control of labour & equipment, include staff costs of Warehouse and Transport Operations. To enforce sound operational disciplines design to maximize productivity, protect stock integrity agreed delivery criteria. The Contract Manager will be monitoring and reporting of supplier performance in terms of delivery accuracy, and a skillful of operation planning that should be executed to the highest level of efficiency

Responsibilities

- Make decisions and recommendations in order to achieve operational and cost-effective results, prevent delays in assigned work, and eliminate the risk of considerable expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.

- Develop the innovative and initiative of DC and transport operation

- Commercial reviews, Business planning and budget setting

- Develop and maintain relationships with customer and subcontractors

- Proactive customer management

- Provides support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement

- Develop and implement best practice standard working procedure

- Compliance with SOP manual

- Compliance with QA and HSE policy
