Site Manager (On-Site Data Center EPC)

Job Description

• Lead and manage all phases of IT construction, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Oversee execution and supervision of all phases of system implementation.
• Coordinate interfaces between different systems and disciplines.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and maintain engineering documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to PM and senior management.
• Review and approve submission documents.
• Manage and supervise system vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety codes.
• Review and verify subcontractor billing and cost documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in large-scale engineering projects.
• Good command of English and Thai.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and BIM tools (Revit)
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and construction methodologies.
