Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Project Manager located in Koh Samui for a wellness hospitality project. The Site Project Manager will oversee all project management tasks, construction activities, project timeline and responding to various site issues and requests on behalf of the Owner and Operator. Daily responsibilities include coordinating site issues with various consultants and contractors, inspections, ensuring timely progress, and managing project schedules. The role also involves liaising with the Bangkok corporate team, operations team, design consultants, contractors and various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
