Site Reliability Engineer, SCG Digital Office

Job Summary:

• Design scalable and highly available systems with a strong focus on cost optimization.
• Define SLIs, SLOs, and manage error budgets using modern observability tools.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines.

Job Impact:

• Ensure uninterrupted service performance across mission-critical systems in production, logistics, and digital platforms.
• Reduce downtime and MTTR through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Design systems that automatically scale with business demand for optimal cost and performance.
• Collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to ensure compliance, reliability, and secure-by-design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead incident response and conduct post-mortems.
• Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development.
• Manage hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure environments.
• Mentor engineering teams on reliability and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or IT Infrastructure Operations.
• Experience in managing cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and incident response.
• Proven experience with CI/CD, monitoring, cloud architecture, and infrastructure automation.
