Scientific Support Specialist
Position Summary:
The candidate shall have some experience in scientific laboratory work performing validated test methods and be able to perform data analysis all under good manufacturing practices.
Job Responsibilities:
. Qualify for and perform routine validated test methodologies on finished products, special projects or specified testing as directed in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
. Process and post all technical data to work request management and submission system
. Conduct all assigned work in compliance with our organization's safety and quality requirements
. Get direction from Team Leader on work assignments
. Replenish and track laboratory samples, consumables and reagent inventory
. Maintain equipment records
. Perform daily laboratory housekeeping and routine basic equipment maintenance
. Communicate immediately any product testing deviation, instrumentation failures/issues, or any other laboratory anomalies directly to Team Leader.
Qualifications and Criteria
. Possesses a Diploma in Sciences or Engineering
. 0 - 1 years of laboratory experience and able to complete test methods timely and high accuracy
. Good team player
. Good English communicative skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software
. Systematic and meticulous at work
