About Our Group
Slider Operation consists of slider fabrication, Technology Integration and Efficiency Improvement focusing on all the cleanroom processes such as Photolithography, High Vacuum Ion Beam Deposition and Etching Processes. Our team are responsible on improving the efficiency of our processes not limiting to Yield Improvement, process simplification and developing new slider processes or technology to meet product planning requirements.
About The Role - You Will
- Understand entire slider processes and identify process opportunities that will help to improve/minimize CleanRoom related defect
- Optimized and re-engineer the critical process to deliver CleanRoom related yield meeting or exceeding the budget yield target.
- Work closely with operation team (manufacturing, process and equipment engineering) to ensure process is running according to requirement to improve slider Yield
About You
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering field; chemistry, material, electrical, mechanical, electronic, mechatronic, physics or other related field.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, organization and presentation skills
- Capable of communicating in a complex situation with the cross-function support team
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update
- Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written
Your Experience Includes
- Understand well the role of Process Engineering and always prepare to take up challenge to solve yield related issues which can be impacted by Human Handling Procedure, machine shift/drift and other
- Good analytical skills and statistical analysis will be added advantage
