Responsibilities1. Strategy & Content- Develop and regularly update a content strategy for key platforms considering Thailand's advertising restrictions
- Maintain the content plan: rubrics, formats, tone of voice, seasonal relevance, events, brand states, new SKU launches, and in-store activities
- Create and adapt content: copywriting, scripts, stories, Reels/shorts, simple visuals (in collaboration with the designer and brand team)
2. Social Media Management & Community- Manage daily posting: feed posts, stories, replies to comments and DMs, basic moderation
- Work with UGC: develop mechanics that encourage content creation from store visitors
- Support launch and promotion of offline activities through social media
- Participate in influencer selection and coordination
3. Analytics & Performance- Monitor key metrics: reach, ER, follower growth, engagement, link clicks, saves, story replies, etc.
- Prepare concise reports for campaigns and monthly results: what worked, what didn't, which formats and topics perform best
- Continuously test new formats: Reels, polls, guides, carousels, live formats, collab content
Requirements- 23+ years of experience as an SMM Manager, preferably in lifestyle, FMCG, restaurants/bars, beauty, health & wellness, or other emotional categories
- Understanding how to build content and community around a brand, not just maintain a feed
- Experience with Reels / short-form video, basic editing skills, and storytelling principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many tests, rapid changes, and frequent launches
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher (content creation, comments, influencer work, communication with tourists)
Nice-to-Have- Experience launching UGC and referral mechanics (challenges, promo codes, offline referral activations)
- Experience working with UBT traffic
