Operation support for FATP mainly focusing in SMT, Hotbar & Coating.
To provide necessary support for development at main site & transfer successfully products from main site to mass production Site
Provide leadership, technical direction, and guidance to CM for OFM, and yield improvement.
Ensure CM follow DFM quality requirements.
Participates in the MP line set up and qualification process.
Support product phase builds from Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT and Ramp.
Responsible for Ops Build at transfer sites.
Audit CM change management, traceability and quality control system.
Responsible for root cause analysis studies and corrective action plan implementation.
Assist post production quality / cost improvement activity related to fixtures and processes.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree in any Engineering discipline.
Typically requires 5 years of experience in operation dealing with setting up line (line layout, UPH, headcount, fixture, vendor & consumables management list), prepare line for qualification, line quality control & line audit.
Proven track record of project management, yield improvement, trouble shooting skills and sense of quality.
Be able to summarize, prepare reports & present to team.
Good oral and written English communication skills, be open and wiling to travel immediately upon request.
Support all development builds for assigned programs/parts.
