Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG)
- Experience with incident management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty)
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management for a diverse, 24/7 team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Critical thinking and decisiveness under pressure
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Experience:
- 5+ years in network operations or network management
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within a 24/7 NOC environment
Language Proficiency:
- Must be proficient in English and Thai (written and oral)
Industry Knowledge:
- Cable/Telco/Satellite/OTT video distribution systems
Certifications (Preferred):
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, or other relevant certifications
