Manage SOC system accounts and permissions in accordance with established rules, and assist on-site teams with permission allocation and issue resolution during use.
Serve as a supervisor by reviewing and validating security data reported from various locations on a daily basis. Identify risks, report them proactively, and push local teams to resolve them.
Take over online alerts and coordinate with local teams to rectify any anomalies found in alerts.
Assist in handling abnormal situations encountered by on-site teams during SOC system operations.
Support on-site teams in testing and accepting SOC hardware.
Capability Requirements
Proficient in both Chinese and English for effective communication.
Strong cross-departmental communication skills.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible in work.
