Ensuring continuous creative improvement for Outbound process through problem identification and problem analysis
Monitor and improve productivity for all function of Outbound team
Manage, study and understand system for existing and new outbound functions and able to be a mentor for team member
Create work plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives
Prepare monthly, daily reports, Outbound issues etc.
Plan and communicate between the department and other related units
Monitor and improve the productivity for all functions of the Outbound team
Set working process for zero damage, defect, and wrong Outbound order
Manage day-to-day order receiving in FMS with on time operation and accuracy
Manage overall problems occur; responsible for the cross-communication between shifts, departments
Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements be good for the company
Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for the effective performance of activities and respond to fluctuating workloads, anticipating variances in staff and volume
Resolve personnel problems, complaints, or grievances when possible for resolution
To perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain, business administration or any related field
At least 1-3 years of working experience for Warehouse or Transport management (e-commerce is highly preferred)
Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and project experience related to the field of logistics are also welcome
Experience in Inbound or Outbound will be advantage
Be able to communicate in English is a plus
Problem solving skills and conflict management
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
