Position: Social Commerce Lead

Job Summary:
- Own and scale TrueID's end‑to‑end Social Commerce business, driving GMV, revenue, and sustainable growth across the CP ecosystem
- Build and operate a full‑funnel commerce model covering content, creators (UGC, KOLs, sellers), short‑form video, live commerce, conversion, and fulfillment
- Optimize performance across traffic, engagement, conversion, and retention using data‑driven insights
- Lead commercial strategy including assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and monetization models across GMV, media, and platform services
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Content, Sales, and CP Group partners such as 7‑Eleven, Makro, and Lotus's
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of experience in social commerce, e‑commerce, or creator commerce
- Strong expertise in social commerce and creator ecosystem management (UGC, KOLs, sellers)
- Proven experience in conversion funnel optimization and performance analytics
- Hands‑on experience in live commerce and short‑form video operation and monetization
- Solid commercial strategy skills, including pricing, promotions, and assortment management
