This special squad Business Unit under CP Group is organized and moved as a new business start-up, with a group of founders who profoundly believe in entrepreneurial spirit and grit leading to sustainable success. With Social Commerce and Social Media deep hands-on understanding, this role is expected to disseminate a think-tank and know-how to wider CP Group leaders and to establish trust as a digital marketing thought-leader for CP Group.

In this role you will have the opportunities to

Work closely with high management level and brands under CP Group

Work in agile & dynamic culture suitable for entertainment industry

Expose to global social commerce market and FMCG fast paced environments

Propose, Pilot, and launch your idea in global market footprints

Lead the trade marketing strategy and promotion optimization to maximize sales and profitability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and expenses tracking and optimization plan
  • Be the center of channel distribution for Social Commerce business to ensure sustainable revenue, profit and growth
  • Lead the best-in-class and cost-efficient social commerce process operational set-up
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Lead a channel marketing strategy for specific territory and/or specific channel with an objective to outgrow a market ahead of competition.
  • Direct and implement E-commerce strategies and plans that will result in the achievement of the goals and objectives.
  • Lead the trade marketing strategy and trade expenditure and promotion efficiency

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing,
  • Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • 7+ years of working experiences in E-Commerce optimization and/or channel management and/or trade marketing
  • Excellent knowledge and depth understanding in distribution channel
  • Trade Marketing and / or logistics experience in FMCG industry / e-commerce would be a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and a high sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently.
