True Content & Media is looking for a Senior Associate, Social Commerce to support the execution of TrueID's social commerce business in Thailand. You will help bring campaigns to life across short-form video, live commerce, and promotions while coordinating with content, marketing, operations, product teams, creators, sellers, and partners.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate social commerce campaigns and day-to-day operations

• Support creator and seller onboarding

• Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance

• Monitor views, conversion, and GMV contribution

• Prepare reports, campaign plans, agreements, and performance summaries

• Improve workflows and operational processes across teams

We're looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in social commerce, e-commerce, or creator commerce, with strong coordination, communication, analytical, and execution skills. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
