Role Overview

The Social Content & Communication Manager leads how Infinix Thailand communicates on

social owning the strategy, ideas, and briefs behind all social content. This role focuses on

content innovation and communication planning, working closely with internal teams and

external partners to deliver social-first, culturally relevant output.

Key Responsibility:

Pillar 1: Social Strategy & Communication Planning

1.1 OwnInfinix Thailand's social content strategy and communication architecture across

platforms.

1.2 Translate brand and product strategy into clear social narratives, messaging priorities,

and content systems.

1.3 Build social communication plans for product launches, campaigns, and always-on

content.

Pillar 2: Content Innovation & Creative Direction

2.1 Drive content innovation, identifying formats, storytelling approaches, and trends worth

activating.

2.2 Set creative direction for social content, including visual language, tone, and

platform-native formats.

2.3 Ensurecontent strengthens Infinix's distinctiveness within the smartphone category.

Pillar 3: Briefing & Creative Orchestration

3.1 Ownthesocial brief as the single source of truth for internal teams and external partners.

3.2 Developsharp, actionable briefs covering objective, message, platform, and output.

3.3 Orchestrate designers, creatives, agencies, and production teams to deliver against brief.

Pillar 4: Performance Review & Optimization

4.1 Evaluate content performance based on idea strength, message clarity, and format

effectiveness.

4.2 Translate insights into clear optimizations for future briefs and content plans.

4.3 Continuously refine social strategy based on platform behavior and performance signals.

WhoWe're Looking For:

1. 610years of experience in social content, digital strategy, or creative planning.

  1. Strong creative judgment with a deep understanding of social platforms and short-form

storytelling.

  1. Provenexperience managing creative teams, agencies, and production partners.
  2. Sharpcultural sensitivity to Thai youth behavior and visual trends
