Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Content & Community (Growth) Executive to support the growth of Firster, King Power's e-commerce and lifestyle platform. This role will be responsible for creating engaging social content, managing online communities, driving audience engagement, and supporting growth initiatives across social media channels
.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, content creation, lifestyle trends, beauty, fashion, and e-commerce, with a strong understanding of how content contributes to user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms.
- Develop content ideas based on trends, audience interests, campaigns, and seasonal opportunities.
- Write social captions, short-form content, and community-focused posts that encourage engagement.
- Work closely with designers, creators, and internal teams to produce content assets.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Monitor and engage with users across social media channels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community conversations in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Build positive relationships with followers, customers, and creators.
- Encourage user participation, discussions, and user-generated content (UGC).
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms.
- Support collaborations with influencers, creators, and community partners.
- Gather community feedback and consumer insights to support content planning.
- Track content performance and community engagement metrics.
- Prepare simple reports on content effectiveness, audience growth, and engagement trends.
- Provide recommendations to improve future content performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Community Management, or Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other social platforms.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content ideation skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and online communities.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, and digital culture.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an advantage.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or online communities is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
