We are on the hunt for a Social Media Account Manager to create, launch and monitor exciting social media campaigns for some of the top accounts of the agency.

From Centara to Long John Silvers, Anantara, Shake Shack or Topgolf, you will be working alongside a team of Content Strategists, Copywriters and Graphic Designers to manage our clients overall social media strategies, direction and day-to-day activities while building long lasting relationships.

MISSIONS

  • In charge of a portfolio of clients on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Line OA, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Be their strategic partner, not just a vendor.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts—understand their goals, anticipate their needs, and make them look like rockstars.
  • Develop compelling social media strategies (targets, message, objectives, actions). Monitor, moderate and respond to audience comments.
  • Create social media calendars and promote content through paid advertising campaigns.
  • Develop brands strategic planning to improve awareness, engagement, drive traffic or leads.
  • Analyze the success or failure of projects and develop recommendations for improvements in future.
  • Benchmark existing competition + keeping in touch with current trends on social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven success managing social media accounts for brands (especially across multiple platforms).
  • Solid grasp of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube.
  • Experience with social media management tools like: Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, TikTok Business Center etc.
  • Strong understanding of:
  1. Analytics & Reporting (platform insights)
  2. Engagement strategies (trends, memes, influencers, etc.)
  3. Content planning and calendar management

You'll also need to be on your A-game for:

  • Creative thinking & trend awareness
  • Time management & multitasking
  • Team player who can work with designers, videographers, etc.
