Develop and execute marketing content for Monee's social channels
Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly content calendar, ensuring timely posting across platforms in collaboration with internal and regional teams
Create and adapt content in various formats such as static posts, short videos, captions, and simple visuals that suit platform best practices and align with brand guidelines
Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and user insights to inspire new content ideas
Monitor daily channel activity including comments, messages, and community interactions, escalating key issues to the lead when needed
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth and prepare weekly or monthly performance summaries
Assist with ad-hoc social media tasks for product launches, feature announcements, and branding initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
Familiarity with managing social platforms and creating content that drives engagement
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
Good communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or digital environments is a plus
Basic proficiency in design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is an advantage
