CJ Coaching, founded in 2019 by UEFA Pro Licensed Coach Colum Curtis, is dedicated to engaging, educating, and inspiring youth through the sport of football. Located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the organization serves over 200 young players aged 2 to 18, from more than 30 nationalities. With a team of UEFA and FA Licensed coaches from the UK and Europe, CJ Coaching ensures top-quality training and holistic player development in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging multimedia content to promote CJ Coaching's programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include creating social media posts, designing promotional materials, writing blog articles, capturing and editing photos and videos of training sessions and events, and developing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Collaboration with the coaching team to showcase key moments in player development and team achievements will be a significant part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in content creation, including writing, photography, and video editing, to produce high-quality marketing materials
• Experience with social media management, including creating engaging posts and managing online communities
• Graphic design skills for designing promotional materials and visuals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing and branding strategies is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for youth sports development and aligning with CJ Coaching's mission and values
