Sweet & Sour is a global dance music label breaking Asian and international artists across electronic and club culture. We work closely with artists, A&R, and creatives to turn releases into real cultural momentum not just posts.
We're looking for a Remote Social Media Manager based in Thailand who understands music culture, social platforms, and how to drive follower growth and engagement around releases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Calendar Management
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly social media calendars
- Align content with release schedules, campaigns, and artist moments
- Ensure consistent posting across platforms
2. Posting & Caption Writing
- Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Write engaging, culturally relevant captions (English required; Thai a plus)
- Apply basic hashtag and formatting best practices
3. Light Video & Graphic Editing
- Edit short-form content for social (text overlays, subtitles, simple cuts, resizing)
- Adapt videos and visuals into platform-specific formats
- Use tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Canva
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with A&R to develop content around music releases and artists
- Coordinate with Design to turn artwork into social-ready assets
- Support storytelling and campaign rollouts
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Follower Growth: Month-on-month growth across key platforms
- Engagement Rate: Likes, comments, shares, saves, and watch time
- Content Performance: Reach, impressions, and post-level engagement
- Consistency: Meeting posting cadence and campaign timelines
Requirements
- Based in Thailand and able to work remotely
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, especially music content
- Basic video and graphic editing skills
- Good written communication skills (English required)
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Passion for electronic music and internet culture
