We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive (Content Creator) to drive engaging content across our digital platforms. This role is responsible for creating high-impact social media content that builds brand awareness, engages audiences, and drives sales—especially within the beauty and supplement space.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, consumer behavior, and how to turn ideas into viral, performance-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and produce engaging content (videos, photos, captions) for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Plan and develop content ideas, concepts, and storyboards aligned with brand direction and campaign goals
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) to maximize reach and engagement
- Ensure all content reflects the brand identity, tone, and messaging
- Collaborate with Marketing, KOL, and Ad Operations teams to support campaign execution and performance
- Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, conversion) and optimize accordingly
- Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
- Support content creation for product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interaction (if required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or a strong portfolio)
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or a related role
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms
- Ability to shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics
- Understanding of digital trends and audience behavior
- Confident personality and comfortable appearing on camera (preferred)
