Job Description

SUMMARY

As a Social Media Executive, your ultimate goal will be to grow and engage with Jitta's communities on various platforms, drive product consideration and sales, and strengthen brand loyalty, through the use of social media and influencers. You will be responsible for monitoring trends, interpreting social media analytics, initiating and publishing original content and leveraging influencer marketing to maximize marketing effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Monitor all Jitta's social media accounts with emphasis on engaging the community, sparking conversations about our brands and support other brand objectives as appropriate
  • Respond to customer queries as appropriate, escalate issues to support team, and identify customer behaviors and needs for marketing purposes
  • Monitor the digital world for any mention of Jitta's brands, engage if possible and manage negative brand conversations in ways that align with the brand's core values
  • Join in on trending, relevant conversations to bring awareness to Jitta's brands
  • Work with the Community Advocate to initiate and carry out any activities, programs or campaigns to grow and strengthen our social media communities
  • Measure and report on key performance metrics as well as identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Research industry best social media practices and trends and implement them as strategically suitable

Content Development & Distribution

  • Create thoughtful, on-brand and engaging social media posts on a regular basis
  • Stay on top of social media trends and real-time conversations, and work with the content team to identify topics, formats and distribution channels that will further expand our content reach
  • Spearhead the creation of social media content as needed
  • Review and publish content per the content calendar, making sure the content conforms to each platform's best practices and is SEO-optimized
  • Maintain and update SEO for each social media platform
  • Use analytics tools to analyze and optimize content distribution strategy

Customer Communications

  • Set up and send emails, notifications and Line messages as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience working with social media in a professional setting

Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc., to achieve specific marketing objectives
  • Proven experience in effectively managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and communication proficiency in both Thai and English, with the ability to craft engaging, relatable content that aligns with Jitta's brand persona
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content
  • A creative mindset that embraces innovative ideas and explores unconventional approaches for storytelling
  • Ability to build strong relationships with online communities to drive business objectives while maintaining a positive rapport
  • Keen observation of user interests, topics of discussion, and motivations, with the ability to translate insights into effective social media strategies
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective idea presentation, collaborative teamwork, and constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated mature judgment and resourcefulness, particularly in solving challenges and maintaining ethical standards
  • Comfort with adapting to new digital tools and platforms quickly and efficiently
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the capacity to define and redefine responsibilities, take ownership of multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently
