Position Overvie
wWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic KOL Project Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns and integrated marketing projects for the Thailand market. This role is responsible for campaign execution, client servicing, influencer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to drive successful marketing outcomes for clients
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute KOL/influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, media partners, and clients.
- Manage campaign proposals, presentations, timelines, budgets, reports, and overall project execution.
- Coordinate integrated marketing activities including OOH advertising, brand activations, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize KPIs, ROI, and ROAS.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional teams across Asia to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Support business development, client pitching, and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, account management, advertising, or event management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, client servicing, and project management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with Thailand's influencer marketing ecosystem, social media trends, and digital platforms is an advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant projects and campaign experience is required for this application.
