DAOasis Social Media & Web Ops Contributor (Sweat Equity Role)
Location: Remote (Asia/Europe preferred timezone)
Commitment: Part-time (15-20 hrs/week to start)
Compensation: Sweat Equity (Equity, DAO token allocation + future pay option)
About DAOasis
DAOasis is a new kind of sanctuary, a retreat network, crypto-powered transformation school, and decentralised community focused on sovereignty, wellness, and regeneration. We're launching our flagship experience in Phuket, blending immersive retreats with tokenised participation and a growing DAO.
We've built the strategy, brand, pitch deck, token model, and waitlist. Now we're gearing up for investor conversations, retreat launch, and public presence and we need someone to own our digital visibility.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, reliable, Web3-curious content and operations partner to join our core contributor circle. You'll take full ownership of:
Social Media Management
Manage all DAOasis social accounts (X, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord)
Develop and schedule posts 23x/week across platforms
Repurpose founder content and design new storylines aligned with brand tone
Track follower growth, engagement, and trends
Experiment with Web3-native formats: memes, threads, reels, rituals
Web & Domain Support
Deploy and manage holding pages (Carrd, Notion, etc.) for:
DAOasis (retreat brand)
Kairon Ventures (parent studio)
Assist with DNS/domain linking via Namecheap
Collaborate with design tools (Canva, Midjourney, etc.)
Visibility & SEO
Optimise landing pages for clarity and light discoverability
Apply basic SEO structure to Carrd and Linktree
Help prepare investor-facing links and public info assets
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
Strong digital content instincts
Experience managing social accounts
Able to self-manage & deliver weekly
Emotionally aware / sovereign mindset
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with DAO or token culture
Canva or Figma skills
Basic Carrd / Notion / Webflow know-how
Editing short-form video or Reels
Compensation
This is a sweat equity role, we are pre-funding, in the feasibility round, and offering:
Sweat equity (tokens + contributor status)
Core team access + roadmap transparency
Path to Head of Marketing or paid role post-raise (Q3 2025)
