Job Description

Our client, a leading beauty and skincare brand, is seeking a dynamic and trend-driven leader to elevate its online presence and drive international influencer marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will lead social media strategy, manage global KOL/influencer campaigns, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand visibility across key digital platforms.

Position: International KOL & Social Media Lead

Salary: 50,000 80,000 THB

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of social media strategy across global markets.
  • Manage and execute KOL/Influencer marketing campaigns from brief creation, selection, negotiation, to performance analysis.
  • Oversee day-to-day content planning on major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
  • Analyze social media performance and provide insights to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, influencer landscape, pop culture, and content formats especially in beauty/skincare.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Creative, E-commerce, Regional) to align campaign direction with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a small team (12 members) to ensure efficient execution of social media activities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, production teams, and international partners.
  • Manage social media budgets and ensure cost-efficient campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fast-paced consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital culture, and the influencer/KOL ecosystem across global platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead social media campaigns or manage KOL/influencer strategies end-to-end.
  • Fluent English communication skills capable of working with global agencies and international PICs.
  • Demonstrated creativity, trend awareness, and ability to craft engaging content directions.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting analytics dashboards and campaign performance metrics.
