Key responsibilities:
Social Media Plan & Execution: Develop and execute social media plans & executions via paid (KOLs) and owned channels. Manage end-to-end social media campaign activities, including KOL agency brief, content ideation/creation and/or guideline, KOLs draft reviews, performance evaluations, and reporting.
PMO & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and multiple external agencies to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projectsthis includes any documentation related to your project (i.e. quotation).
Agency management: Coordinate and supervise agencies and KOLs to amplify GrabFood campaigns and business-as-usual initiatives. This includes building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive authentic and impactful content.
Adaptability & Problem solving: Respond to adhoc & sudden changes in campaign dynamics and devise immediate response plans to address challenges effectively.
Social Media support: Assist in marketing operations and execution for other assigned social media projects and campaigns as needed.
Qualitifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in KOLs & social media marketing, with a proven track record of driving full funnel KOLs/social media campaigns.
Communication skills: Exceptional copywriting skills for social media communications. Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred, with a good command of Thai.
Social Media expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and the media landscape. Passionate about creating engaging content, with specific insights to food related KOLs trends and communities.
Organizational skills: Well-organized with strong collaboration skills and attention to details. Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced business environment.
Drive & Initiative: Relentlessly driven, seeking challenges and opportunities for growth.
Technical skills: Proficient in computer literacy, including MS office and other relevant programs.
